Banana Bread





RECIPE

50grams of margerine
1  Egg
2  finger meshed Banana
200g flour
50g Sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of Soda
1/4 cups evaporated milk

PROCEDURE

Pour milk into the mixing bowl
Add the eggs and margerine
Fold in the meshed Banana,flour,sugar,seive in the baking powder,bicarbonate of soda
Mix uniformly to a dropping consistency.
Bake in a well greesed bread pan
