IMPORTANT STEPS IN MAKING SOUPS

           DETERMINANTS

 1,  Correct propotion of ingredients
 2,  Bring the soup to a boiling point {start steaming }
 3,  Carefully use vegetables and thicking ingredients
       
          CONSISTENCE

 1,  Remove the cover to allow the air to evaporate
 2,  If you don't want your Okro soup to get dark the next day remove the seed

            COLOUR

 1, To retain your oil colour you will have to blench,use good quality palm oil.Tomatoes enhances the       colour of some soups eg groundnut soup not Nigerian groundnut soup.    
 2,  Thicking medium eg achi,cocoyam,pounded yam holds the ingredients from seperating

            TASTE

  1,  To retain the taste of your used oil when next you want to fry add onion before frying
